Industrial Tool & Die was founded in 1957 by Vincent Cacciotti, a skilled toolmaker and designer who left his position with a leading metal fastener manufacturer to pursue his own vision. What began as a one-man shop quickly grew into a successful manufacturing operation built on craftsmanship, precision, and a commitment to quality.
Vincent was passionate about his trade and believed strongly in sharing his knowledge with others. Throughout the company’s history, that commitment to teaching and developing skilled employees has remained an important part of the Industrial Tool & Die culture.
Today, Industrial Tool & Die employs approximately 20 people and operates from a 23,000-square-foot, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. While the company has grown significantly since its beginnings, the values that guided Vincent in 1957 continue to shape Industrial Tool & Die today.
